从英英词典的解释来看，bring/call与hold 还是有差别的，前者意义比较全面，有质问，责问，训斥、要求说明理由等多种含义；而后者主要是问责、追究责任，在很多英英词典中，都只有这一个解释“to hold responsible”，就是问责，没有其他含义。
