make out ，在《生活大爆炸》中出现了50多次，属于高频用法。make out 能表达多种含义，其中一种含义为“制造、使…变成”，这种用法在本剧中出现了近20次。

常用搭配为：make sth (out) of sth，意思为：用of后面的sth制造出of前面的sth。也可以用make sth from sth 表达同样的意思。
